With over twenty-five years in ministry and nearly two decades in the capacity of mentoring, pastoring and leadership. He has treasured a prolific historic career in transforming lives, with a design to develop leaders for growth, both spiritually and personally.

 

Elder McCarthy is gifted and equipped to help individuals, groups and organizations reach their highest potential and calling, where they can learn to independently develop and build their own lives.

 

He is known for his uncompromising integrity; being a trailblazer and trendsetter who specializes in ministry to men.

He strongly operates in the gifts of the prophetic; word of knowledge, word of wisdom, and interpretation of dreams. Through his powerful testimony, frank delivery of the Word of God, and profound revelation; he has instrumented a different approach in identifying resolutions in relationships.
